I have had my fare share of dealing with many Ruislip estate agents in my past so I decided to have a few meetings with estate agents before choosing Lawrence Rand. What really impressed me was the research and preparation that was put in before our initial meeting. Frank and honest about what needed to be done to the house prior sale to achieve the best price and also about what sale price. Too many agents tell you the highest price to get you to sign but with Jamie it was about achieving the right price and getting the house sold. Jamie Clifford held the majority of our house viewings and I cannot speak highly enough about Jamie. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and more importantly listened to the key selling points of hour house specially - there wasn't the "this is the living room, the dinning room etc etc" Jamie put his own calm style and confidence into each viewing and successfully secured 3 asking price offers. I would highly recommend Jamie Clifford, Jamie Davis and Lawrence Rand and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Alec was amazing during the post-sale process. His attention to detail, his responsiveness and his correspondence between ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors was essential in completing the sale. There were several times in the process where I can say out patience was tested 🙈 partly due to our buyers slowness and the impact of COVID however Alec was always on the case. It was evident to me, that if it wasn’t for the input from Alec, that we wouldn’t have been able to complete the sale as quickly as we did. And now having to deal with an estate agency that does not have a “Sales Progression Manager” proves how important this role is and also to have someone of Alec’s experience and knowledge. Lawrence Rand were extremely helpful and professional in dealing with the sale of our house that completed last week. Paul Ryan especially, was so helpful and kind during lockdown which wasn’t the easiest of times to sell a house, but we were kept up to date regularly and they kept on top of the sale when sometimes it seemed like our solicitors didn’t. Many thanks to Alec for all his help on the sale of our house. He did everything he could to make the process run smoothly. We hit quite a few bumps along the way due to the buyers solicitor being absolute rubbish but Alec kept pushing it forward all the time. In addition he was a great support when needed.
