We purchased a property through Lawrence Rand, and were thoroughly impressed. As someone who has had to deal with Townends, Foxtons, Thorgills... which were all awful (rude, inaccurate, overpriced, and having zero after care once they've got your money) - Lawrence Rand shone as an example of a company that strives to be thought of well to make sure they get your future business. The above mentioned types couldn't care less about you in my experience. All the staff, not just Tom (our agent) were always helpful, on the ball, with prompt responses and going above and beyond - even once contracts were exchanged, and also even after completion.
