Hi Paul I just thought I'd drop you a line following my meeting yesterday with Jayne, and again today when she was showing another prospective tenant around. What a breath of fresh air!! She's absolutely lovely, and I'm sure she'll be an asset to LR, with her open, honest and friendly approach. She's what I would call a real person, no airs and graces, down to earth and very easy to like. Not a bad combination when she has to deal with the public. Anyway, thought you'd like to know. We can not thank Jane at Lawrence Rand enough, from the start of us looking for a rental Jane was very helpful & professional , any questions, viewings, phone calls and paper work that needed chased up. Was done on the same Day and nothing was an issue. We even asked to return to the property for a second time to show our children and this was done for us on the same day of asking. Thankyou for running everything so smoothly.

We didn't end up taking a property managed by Lawrence Rand, however we were only in London for the day to look at properties in the Ruislip area and Jayne (who showed us around properties) was so helpful in getting us around and offering insights on schools, tube/transport/shopping etc. just felt we should say thanks for that as it helped us make the decision to move to Ruislip.
