Normally, I would not write reviews before sale is completed but Jamie (senior) is so amazing that I have no other option but to leave an early one. From the moment Jamie came to see us everything was perfect. He knew Eastcote market well and comparing to other agens that I contacted in Eastote there was no mind games, or play. Jamie is cheeky and funny and that really helped us when things got crazy. All other staff are exceptional too so big thank you to them as well. Lawrence Rand recently sold my flat for me and I can't recommend them highly enough. Alec and Jess (and Graham, before he left) were so helpful, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with (such nice people too!). Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed every step of the way. The sale itself went very smoothly; the problem I had was getting rotten tenants out when they decided not to leave at the end of the tenancy. The letting agent was no help at all (don't use Elliott & Co!) but Alec and Jess kept in touch with the buyer about these issues and developed a good rapport with us both. Alec & Jess - THANK YOU!!
