I have recently rented my flat in Ruislip with Lawrence Rand Estate agents, after a very disappointing experience with another local estate agent. I cannot recommend Lawrence Rand enough! Right from the very start, marketing, arranging the appointments, the communication was excellent. Mandeep was my first point of contact, she was consistent in her communication, gave me all the information I needed, and the reassurance that she would be there, every step of the way, which she was! I was invited to an event for the new Renters Rights, that began on the 1st May this year, and not only was it very interesting, and informative, but it also allowed me to meet other landlords, who spoke so highly about the team at Lawrence Rand. Danny did all the viewings, and again faultless in his communication skills, friendliness and reliability. It was not very long before a suitable tenant was found, and everything flowed smoothly from that point too. Now a month or so into my new tenancy, Sarah is my property manager, and has continued with the excellent service, by keeping me informed of any issues immediately, emailing me promptly to make sure that both myself and my tenants get great service. I cannot recommend Lawrence Rand Estate agents enough. Please consider them if you are looking for agents to manage your property. Thank you for all your help.
