Over the last 20 years I've purchased two properties from Lawrence Rand, rented those same properties through them as my agents, and now have sold them through Lawrence Rand. They've always been super speedy finding me great tenants and buyers. However, its not just the fact that they’re excellent estate agents, offering solid, money saving advice when it comes to renting or selling your house; it’s the fact that even when I wasn’t in the market to buy, sell or rent they would call me every month or so, see how it was going, and advise on the best tradesmen, architects etc in the area. It’s a truly knowledgeable, local service. Oh, and they are all lovely people with a great sense of humour to boot!
