Right from the very start, marketing, arranging the appointments, the communication was excellent. Mandeep was my first point of contact, she was consistent in her communication, gave me all the information I needed, and the reassurance that she would be there, every step of the way, which she was! I was invited to an event for the new Renters Rights, that began on the 1st May this year, and not only was it very interesting, and informative, but it also allowed me to meet other landlords, who spoke so highly about the team at Lawrence Rand.
