Initially we went with Lawrence Rand because of their sales pitch. When that estate agent left, we were a bit worried to be honest. However, Paul soon put us at ease. Communication throughout the process was great. We were helping our parents move and Paul was very empathetic and understanding throughout. It wasn’t until we had to deal with other Estate agents that we realised how truly professional that Lawrence Rand are! Some Estate agents were shocking, turning up late to viewings, sending us to the wrong property, not answering calls etc. So in the end we were really pleased that we had chosen Lawrence Rand.
