Excellent service from Jamie in the sales team initially, and now from Mandeep in the lettings team. Mandeep has been excellent in being able to market a property of ours for rent that initially came with a lot of complications. She has managed the process to getting it up to scratch incredibly well, dealing with multiple different contractors and demonstrating excellent instincts for what we would do - this means that every interaction usually is “yes that works, thanks Mandeep” rather than us needing to get involved any further. She is very responsive to our own questions and is very clear with any updates. I’ve rented properties elsewhere and this has been leagues ahead of prior experiences. Would highly recommend both Jamie in sales and Mandeep in lettings to anyone needing to buy / sell or rent.
