We dealt with this company for ten years (approx) and cannot fault them. We opted for a fully managed service and in every area they performed outstandingly well, from finding the right sort of tenant for us, to referencing, collecting rent and period inspections thereafter. Good personal service delivered in a professional way. I believe that our tenants were also very happy with the service Belvoir provided.

From the very first contact through to moving in and beyond the Belvoir Rugby team have excelled. they have been so accommodating and supportive - in a not so easy letting! Even when we moved in and had some small issues they were addressed within hours and the team seem to only know how to smile and make it work. I have been with Belvoir, as a landlady, for 10 years,now.My experience has been such that I cannot imagine why a Landlord/landlady would wish to choose another letting agent in Rugby. After some 7 years of letting in London, with all the challenges this brings, I sold up and moved to Rugby.With the intention of letting properties, I drew up a list of questions based on my experiences, and Belvoir were the only agent to meet this criteria. The agency has not disappointed. I have 3 houses with long term, seemingly content tenants. They have maintained their homes to a high standard (one a bit blokish but still very good). I have spoken to two of the tenants, when visiting with British Gas for an insulation survey,and they have told me that they feel very relaxed contacting Wendy with any problems,knowing that they will be resolved promptly. Wendy inspects regularly and produces an inspection report with photos of all rooms and outside areas.(It is like a window into your property).She mentions any small jobs, and also things to consider for the future. I am in favour of this because I think forward planning is important. Rosie makes certain that the rents are paid on time, invoices are prompt and accounts are accurate. There is also opportunity to take up their managed Buildings and Tenant default insurance at reasonable premiums Tradespeople,who work for them regularly, produce quality work at competitive prices. Indeed one regular has told me that Belvoir is a good agent to work for. Not every agent is so stress free.

Belvoir have managed my property fro nearly 12 years, throughout that time they have been simply brilliant. They have been very responsive and carry through everything to completion. Nothing is too much trouble and they were always ready to offer advice and solutions. Unfortunately I have now sold my property, but I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a totally professional service. Thanks Wendy.

I was recommend to Belvior by a friend who praised them highly. The service I received was very professional with personal care during the whole procedure. Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy, she answered her emails very promptly and gave advise and direction to all our queries. Within hours of advertising Wendy had potential interest, she help select the right family and carried out all the reference and checks without delay. She explained procedures and costs involved. We now have a contract with a tenant. I did find the management fee higher than other agents, but I guess you pay for the service.

Belvoir have looked after three properties for us in Rugby for more than 10 years and have always been courteous yet thorough and we have never had any complaints from Tenants. Over the past few months in conjunction with Belvoir Northampton they have helped us sell all three with sitting tenants and got good prices for us. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!
