I have been in my current flat for 4 years with Belvoir. I have been extremely satisfied with the service they have provided during this time, Every time i have had a query it has been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and i have had a lot of dealings with Wendy ans have found her to be very good at what she does. If ever i had to move i would hope i could still with Belvoir as a letting agency.

As a Landlord with 5 rental properties in the Hillmorton area we have used Belvoir for 5 years. They have always delivered a superb service to us (and I believe) to our tenants. They always keep us up to date on legislation changes and let us know when there is a problem with a property and then fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Rosie has got a magnificent back office team always wanting to please.

Currently renting a 2 bedroom flat with Belvoir Rugby with my husband, must say that the service has been great since the beginning. Viewing and proceeding to tenancy agreement was easy and quick, the flat was ready and very clean when we moved in, all the paperworks were prepared. The service during renting is satisfactory so far, I reported a leak in one of our toilet and a contractor was sent right away to have a look and fixed it, then another time the washing machine was acting weird, they immediately responded and sent a contractor fairly quick as well, and end up getting a new washing machine fitted about 1 week after (yay to our landlord too). So have nothing to complain so far. Please keep up the good service!

I have multiple properties all managed by Belvoir Rugby. In the nicest way possible, I don't hear much from Belvoir, we've agreed that they should 'just get on with it', and they do. Problems are sorted in the way I'd have sorted them. They really understand what I want from an agency, and do it. Would recommend to any landlord - experienced or otherwise. Friendly staff.

I been with Belvoir now three months as a tennent now , moved into my property and found the whole process very straightforward and the team were very helpful, found a heater not working reported the fault and the faulty heater was replaced within two days , I can not fault Belvoir team, Thank you for your great service and help . All staff have always been very friendly and professional which create confidence when you trust your biggest asset in their "care". So far we have nothing to complain about and are happy with their services.

As a letting agent and more recently acting as our property manager, Belvoir have been really excellent. In addition to the clear invoices we receive monthly, we have also been very pleased to receive their new style ‘Visit Reports’, which are most helpful to us.
