I rented from Belvoir for
I rented from Belvoir for almost 2 years and dealt with the office on many occasions. They were always friendly, helpful and very prompt. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and when anything went wrong with the property they were quick to get in touch with the landlord and resolve the issue. I'd have no hesitation in either renting through them again or in recommending them to others.

Can I just thank you so much
Can I just thank you so much for being excellent agents over the past five years. Both myself and Superb service and professionalism from Belvoir Lettings. Reliable, friendly, curteous but most of all effective. We have rented for many years in numerous countries including Ireland, UK, Australia and USA and have experienced both poor and excellent agents. Belvoir is by far head & shoulders above the very best we have experienced. Would definately use again if the situation arose.

I have had nothing but
I have had nothing but efficient, attentive and courteous service from Rugby Belvoir. They have handled every aspect of my letting with the very highest degree of professionalism, and have consistently communicated with me and my tenants in a timely, effective and polite fashion. I would recommend them unreservedly to both prospective landlords and tenants as providers of the very highest levels of service, probity and professionalism.

I have three properties in
I have three properties in Long Lawford (near Rugby), all with Belvoir since I acquired them. I deal mainly with Wendy and Rosie, but all of the Rugby Belvoir Team have looked after my property with great professionalism and always have the best interests of the landlord and tenant at heart. I've found Belvoir proactive when dealing with faults and damage within the property. They suggest clearly and early where small improvements would improve the quality and lett'ability of the property, stopping larger problems from emerging, and making it a better living experience for my tenants. I have peace of mind in trusting my properties to Belvoir Rugby. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend the team
I can't recommend the team at Belvoir Rugby highly enough. Their approach was at all times thoroughly professional and they had the added bonus of being extremely approachable and understanding, which was particularly helpful to me as this was the first time I'd rented on my own. Other agents would do well to take a leaf out of this team's book as to how to manage a lettings agency successfully. Thank you Belvoir!

I've used many letting
