The staff at Belvoir Rugby made finding and securing a rental very smooth, efficient and pleasant. They were very polite and friendly. Highly recommend! Few suggestions would be to allow agreements to be signed electronically and to offer the option for the handover to be done on the weekend.

Viewed the property on line over a year ago and was worried that it was going to go, I got is straight away. Emails are dealt with efficiently. Had an issue with the bathroom radiator which did take a few months to sort, however pleased to say it is sorted.

I have had a really positive experience so far with Belvoir. Despite some issues with the house due to the previous tenants, Belvoir worked hard to sort out the problems and kept me updated. I have been really pleased with their support to me as a tenant and to ensure I had a positive experience, so unusual as many letting agencies feel like they exist just to serve the landlords.

Very professional and friendly team who look after the landlords interest whilst looking after the tenants needs.
