Richard James recently assisted us in finding our dream home (new build) and advised us on communications with the developer. Our property had been on the market for over a year with some minor interest, but no buyers or offers. Then Hugh and his team took over with a sales strategy that produced more viewings in 14 weeks than we had had in a year. The strategy worked and our property was sold over the asking price. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and there was always someone available when needed.
