Thomas Morris - Royston

I had an appointment at Thomas Morris in Ramsey to see Sarah Mercer from Embrace Financial Services. Sarah took care of my mortgage application and I have been blown away by the outstanding service I received. Sarah has been exceptional from start to finish, professional, very knowledgeable, reliable, efficient. She always replied to me within 24 hours and had answers to all my questions. She always made herself available and was very supportive and helpful. I can't recommend Sarah enough, brilliant service! . Thank you again Sarah!

I would recommend Thomas Morris Sawtry to anyone as they are very friendly and very helpful. They will go the extra mile for you making things as smooth as possible. Sarah Mercer our mortgage advisor at Thomas Morris has been brilliant arranging our mortgage and helping with advice even on things that were not necessarily for her to sort out. Thanks

I have used the Sawtry branch in the past to help me with a property let, the service was first class. I have recently been looking to buy and Millie was fantastic. Once I had found Sarah the mortgage consultant was able to find me a great mortgage and the whole process was hassle free, I received my mortgage offer very quickly. A great professional service from start to finish

Sold my property in 2 days. Love them. So professional and efficient. Great team.

I would highly recommend Thomas Morris Ramsey for selling your property. Julie and the rest of the team have looked after us for the sale of our home and also the purchase of our new house. They have treated us in a friendly helpful manner without pushy sales tactics, and have been there for us for advice and support. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Had an appointment today at Thomas Morris in Ramsey to see Sarah Mercer from Embrace Mortgages. Would highly recommend her services, very helpful and gave us some great advice. Thankyou Sarah again.

Very good experience and very helpful and diligent.

Excellent service. Sarah was an absolute godsend and made a very very stressful experience easy to cope with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service and made the stress of buying a first home a whole lot easier. Thank you to the team, and Millie from the Sawtry branch especially. I'm honestly not sure you'll find a better estate agent who will back you up in your corner anywhere. Thanks again, and when the times comes I'll certainly be using Thomas Morries Estate Agents again.

As first time buyers, we didn't really know anything about purchasing a property and were recommended by our friends to speak with Sarah in regards to applying for a mortgage. From the moment we met with Sarah she has been not only a wealth of knowledge around every aspect of our purchase but also a solid support network for the both of us at such a stressful time. Sarah has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to help us when we needed her and consistently put our minds at ease when we had lost all optimism. We had a rough ride buying our first home and if it wasn't for Sarah's dedication, professionalism and support, i'm not sure we would have ever got there! We would highly recommend her service to anyone who is buying, especially if it's for the first time.
