Richard James recently assisted us in finding our dream home (new build) and advised us on communications with the developer. Although we part exchanged, they also sold our property on behalf of the developer within a week. Communication was very good at all times and Hugh was brilliant. Just so knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Their valuations were also fair and seemingly accurate. They also recommended a fantastic mortgage broker. I would highly recommend using Richard James to sell your property and I would have greater confidence in buying a property they were marketing too.
