Luke boles, what can I say, he was amazing from the go and still in the processes of buying my first property. He was straight on it with the knowledge of the property and answered all my questions and even some before I actually asked him them, straight away showed us the electrical cupboard, where all the amenities where, when serviced and how old everything was, knew the house like it was his own! 5* all the way and wasn’t to pushy, I already knew I want the house before going in and he just made it more certain! Richard James has got a good egg right there!

Great service. Definitely,I would recommend Richard James to anyone! We had a great service from start to finish,loads of views,we left a key so they can do views all through the day ! Always kept us ip to date with the feedback and always call to confirm views. And in the end was sold . Selling process I could say was quite quick ,considering our sale sale fell through twice 😳 Thank you and really appreciate it!

Having only recently used RWW Lettings in St Leonard’s, as a landlord I have to say I’ve been impressed at how they have been proactive in handling all queries and issues resulting in a happy tenant and owner. Significantly better than a major agent in the area who was completely incompetent.

Recently moved to the UK and subsequently Leighton Buzzard. It was difficult to even get a call back or response from an agent- but then we stumbled onto a lovely property represented by Vincent from M&M. I had a call back almost instantly, an understanding person at the other end of a line, and a viewing reserved within less than 24 hours. It was a pleasure dealing with M & M and especially Vincent, who made the process efficient and painless and accommodated our various needs with a quick response time that allay any and all our fears.
