I have had a great experience with Thomas Morris so far - specifically with Charlotte Smart. She has be so warm, kind and amazing throughout my whole process as a first time buyer. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is always willing to give good advice, she is super communicative and goes out of her way to help. I would not have found the property without her proactive advice and insightful knowledge. She also helped us navigate the process of a shared ownership and the communication with other parties. The amount of detail provided during each viewing was the best in the whole Royston area. Thank you so much, I am truly grateful to Charlotte.
