As of the 26th November I’m also still waiting for my rents to be paid!!!! How can I pay my mortgages if I’m not receiving any rents!! Same as the lady in the last review, my rent payments are getting later and later! No reply to emails, not answering calls or WhatsApps.

I have received an email from the head office say that an insolvencies agency will contact you on Monday. Thant's mean they are bankrupted and we all lost our money. I went to the office yesterday , It's closed.

Started off great, not so good last six months,it's sad.

I gave my property in good condition. With all safety certificates gas electric report, and appliance cooker. And all works in good Now I see the tenant started to damage my property in 3 months time since she came in. She started to damage window handle bathtub handl, carpet With underlayer 85% in good conditionmissing on the living room now the carpet missing, also painted radiator, painting wall without asked permissions, and etc etc etc. Also, fake called gas smell, because tenant doesn't know how to use the gas cooker. I received called from Sharon about gas smell, I gave my instructions to her to call emergency gas service from British gas or from havering council, which they're faster in the area for emergency gas situation. and tell the tenant to evacuate the property and close the main gas valve (normal procedure). Sharon prefers to call their contractor rather listen my instructions, And convinced me. I tried to refuse it her and Fallow my instructions but she wouldn't listen 👂 me, Results it wasn't any gas leaking and gas smell. Only false alarm from tenant. She doesn't know how to use the cooker. Results the Northwood charge me almost £100 for call-out from their expensive contractor. I was angry an upset because Sharon didn't mention even about expensive contract call-out So I called them. Mr Steve pickup the phone. Useless. He Dump the case to Sharon. Which she told me they will response to me soon and try to reduce the price from their expensive contractor call-out. Nothing happened. I try to call the manager Mr Brian directly and. I hope will do something about this matters in my property and look after my property. I hope the tenant not ruined my property. Because the deposit will not be good enough to repair all the damage. At moment I manager to repair it the damage window handle bathtub handle, trickle vent etc etc by my self with my personal contractor I give 1 🌟at moment Let me see in future what other things No rent on times I must go in presente every month. Because the never answered my email messages and call 📞 Contra already finished. They refused give back my property never rent review after 3 years. My property worth now 1.300 per month They still give me £825 they don't want increase No apologise for delay. No information. No call no messages. Useless

****LANDLORDS BEWARE**** Do not trust this agent with your property unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. I trusted SCOTT WILDING and his team to rent out my property and have been left with a large amount of damage done to the property, no notice period of the tenant moving out and definitely no rent guarantee. They charged me £360 saying that all the locks at the property had broken, as it transpires, the police had broken the doors to get their tenant out of the property. When I asked why the cost of the locks had been charged to myself, I received no reply. That is the kind of tenant you will be getting from this agency. I believe they were using my property for social housing. I received a call to say that the tenant had left and they were putting another tenant in the property. I advised that if the tenant had left, I would be taking the property back. The rental payments then stopped pretty much straight away, without any notice period at all. I was told that I couldn’t take my keys back for another week as they said that they were painting the walls. When I finally got my keys back there was no painting done at the property whatsoever. When I asked them why I was lied to I got no reply. When I finally got the keys back and was able to check the property it was in a terrible state. It needed an industrial clean, complete decoration throughout and the gardens were completely overgrown. They had also dumped the old tenant’s belongings in the cellar for me to dispose of. I advised them to hold onto the deposit because of the work that needed to be done on the property and they told me that they didn’t take a deposit, and said that all they could do was to offer me £100 towards getting a gardener. I have had to spend a lot of money getting the property into a liveable state again. I am now going to have to go through the process of complaint to the Property Ombudsmen to receive some compensation. Very unprofessional and awful customer service do not use this agent !!!!

Dishonest, rude and highly unprofessional organisation. I received a parking notice for parking outside their office when it was closed! For just 15 minutes, from 18:25, to 18:38. I parked to collect food from the pizza shop next door so had an eye on my car the entire time, had they needed their parking space, I would have happily moved my car immediately. The ticket company euro parking services fined me on the grounds of: “parking on the premises whilst failing to enter registration number at the kiosk on site.” I appealed this immediately as I argued that I could not enter my registration as their office was closed. They rejected my appeal so I got in touch with this office directly. The director called me and I explained how unfair the ticket was. He understood my point of view and took my registration number and said he will contact the parking company. The next day I contacted the office to get an update on the situation, I couldn’t get through after several calls as I was clearly being avoided but my wife managed to get through with her number. During her conversation she was told that they couldn’t do anything about revoking this notice even though I had a conversation with the director himself the day before who said he will do something about it. At the end of their conversation my wife was told that the director would be in the office the next morning so I can discuss the matter with him then. I visited the office the next morning, only to be told the director was no longer in the office. I then recieved a call later in the day from his PA saying that there is nothing they can do about the fine. This company essentially gave me false hope by lying about doing something to revoke this fine when they had no intention of doing so. Unfortunately, I’m now left with a £100 fine to pay because I parked outside a closed office only to visit a shop next door. The funny thing is, the estate agents do not receive a single penny from this fine! Ironic how an estate agent is happy for people to potentially receive CCJ’s over not paying unfair parking notices which adversely affects their chances of obtaining a mortgage.

I am sorry you feel aggrieved but you did park on a no parking zone where the signs clearly state that it is a monitored zone 24 hours away, 7 days a week. The patkong company are responsible for the tickets and not the Northwood office. Northwood do not receive any remuneration from parking fines, all the money from the fine goes directly to the parking company.

These agents are very rude & Money Grabbers. I parked my car by mistake in front of the office at night time around 7:30pm when their office was closed. They send me a parking ticket of £60 through their camera. I called them and explain them But these crooks refused to help and said i must pay them. May be this is a new way to make money for this estate agent. Avoid them and Raise your voice so no other can be their prey

I am sorry you feel this way but let's get it in to context. The camera sign clearly states the camera is in 24 hour operation but even more it is not operated by Northwood and none of the money goes to Northwood, it ALL goes to the ticketing company.
