I am sorry that you were unable to contact the office. If you are a tenant all maintenance issues have to be reported on the Fixflo webpage for the respective office. If you are a landlord and have been notified by Fixflo of a problem, you can reply via the same app. Unfortunately, we do not have a 24 hour service.

Landlords avoid at all costs. Constantly chasing the rent for my property. Never paid on time!

Total rubbish agency if you are a tenant they always mess you around on repairs. They never get back to you when they say they will they feed you a load of old nonsense. I have had 2 so called supervisors say to me over the past few months about a fence repair. "Well if you don't like it then you know what you can do" I have even been accused of damaging the fence myself. I have been a model tenant with them for over 10 years now and it is the same old story with them everyone something needs doing. I would give them minus stars if possible. Now having finally getting ot into a new place the thieves are refusing to pay my 1 months extra rent back that I paid at the begining. I paid 2 months rent upfront

Landlords, avoid at all costs! Northwood's negligence has resulted in serious issues at my property. When attempting address the issues, the branch manager Brian was extremely rude and unhelpful - which is putting things nicely. Despite being on their guarentreed rent/fully managed scheme, the property has gone uninspected for well over a year, which was blamed on Covid-19/Lockdown. I told Brian that I should have at least been informed that property inspections were not going ahead and his response was he "assumed" I would know. The conversation continued with a series of lies and contradicting messages about the state of the property, all in an attempt to not admit any form of liability. I am starting legal proceedings against Northwood, but this review stands as an honest warning to other landlords.

Dear Mr Bell, Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate this situation has arisen and only one side of the story has been aired over this review site. However, I can confirm we respect your personal opinion but in this instance feel the right thing to do is to leave the adjudication in the hands of the professionals. I can confirm that we do not tolerate swearing and intimidation of staff.
