I had a bad experience with a large estate agency company, when I decided to opt for a corporate company I did so on the belief that the person I spoke to at my property was the person that will be managing my property. This wasn't the case so I decided to act fast and change my package to a Let only service and was recommended this new company Charles Stratton by my local handy man who manage properties from within there office. I decided to let them manage the property as I wasn't happy with my last letting agent and they seemed very keen to show us how they operate. They smoothly dealt with all paperwork's and what they call a management takeover with ease. I am very impressed with there levels of communications, and there desire to be the best they possibly can. I mostly dealt with Jak, however I now deal with Navdeep who deals with the property management. I must say I wanted to wait a few months down the line to give a review as I wanted to see if they actually met all the points within there management package. I must say so far so good, in fact I would highly recommend this team as I am taking my personal time to right this review, quite frankly I'm impressed.

I contacted Charles Stratton and was welcomed by Thomas, whom I found to be very accommodating. I was interesting in a 2 bedroom property and found that it was agreed to let, he then quickly offered that an alternative flat is available in the same development. He arranged a visit for me on the same day with Nav Singh. We arrived at the development to meet with Nav, he was very help, friendly and accommodating to my housing requirements and needs. This was a new build, therefore, there were a few snagging issues which he was willing to report back immediately. Nav reassured me that these issues would be fixed, should I decide to move in. Nav had a very calm approach to trying to get this let agreed and wasn't being pushy which was highly appreciated. I agreed to let this house, it was a smooth transaction - all references were carried out promptly. All documents were emailed to me in accordance, He said provided everything went through, I could move in on the 28th, he was able to make that happen. Overall, I would definitely recommend using Charles Strutton, they are professional, skilled and reliable to work with. I had a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family.

Nav has been very efficient and accomodating with our properties rental process. A very professional approach, knowledgeable and very precise about the local market, but also a good listener as per our expectations from his agency and finally flexible with their terms, making us agree to contract them. Within one week, tenant were identified for both properties given to them, with good profile, full reference and a rental offer in line with their initial estimation. Within 10 days, both tenant moved in, all paperwork and report done, monies paid in. A very smooth, efficient and transparent process, which is far from been the case with most estate agent sadly.
