Nav has been very efficient and accomodating with our properties rental process. A very professional approach, knowledgeable and very precise about the local market, but also a good listener as per our expectations from his agency and finally flexible with their terms, making us agree to contract them. Within one week, tenant were identified for both properties given to them, with good profile, full reference and a rental offer in line with their initial estimation. Within 10 days, both tenant moved in, all paperwork and report done, monies paid in. A very smooth, efficient and transparent process, which is far from been the case with most estate agent sadly.
