I had a bad experience with a large estate agency company, when I decided to opt for a corporate company I did so on the belief that the person I spoke to at my property was the person that will be managing my property. This wasn't the case so I decided to act fast and change my package to a Let only service and was recommended this new company Charles Stratton by my local handy man who manage properties from within there office. I decided to let them manage the property as I wasn't happy with my last letting agent and they seemed very keen to show us how they operate. They smoothly dealt with all paperwork's and what they call a management takeover with ease. I am very impressed with there levels of communications, and there desire to be the best they possibly can. I mostly dealt with Jak, however I now deal with Navdeep who deals with the property management. I must say I wanted to wait a few months down the line to give a review as I wanted to see if they actually met all the points within there management package. I must say so far so good, in fact I would highly recommend this team as I am taking my personal time to right this review, quite frankly I'm impressed.
