He arranged a visit for me on the same day with Nav Singh. We arrived at the development to meet with Nav, he was very help, friendly and accommodating to my housing requirements and needs. This was a new build, therefore, there were a few snagging issues which he was willing to report back immediately. Nav reassured me that these issues would be fixed, should I decide to move in. Nav had a very calm approach to trying to get this let agreed and wasn't being pushy which was highly appreciated. I agreed to let this house, it was a smooth transaction - all references were carried out promptly. All documents were emailed to me in accordance, He said provided everything went through, I could move in on the 28th, he was able to make that happen.
