Another joke of an estate agent. Drove all the way from Kent for a viewing at Hornchurch then nobody was at the viewing. Gave their office a call to lettings and nobody picks up. Gave the sales team a call, they pick up on one ring and explain that the tenant cancelled the viewing 10 minutes ago which I find shocking as they did not tell me about this. I have a night shift today and made time for this viewing. Waste of time dealing with these clowns.

Hi Shawn I have investigated the matter, I can understand your frustration, however the tenant called in and cancelled due to an emergency with her children. We were unable to carry out viewings as we were not granted access. I did call you to tell you this, I'm sorry for your inconvenience. Good luck with your search!

Very poor and unprofessional. The agents tried to change viewing time a couple of hours before an arranged time slot on the same day, and did not even bother to wait for us to show the property when we were already in the area. Clearly, the football on Saturday afternoon is more important then showing rental properties to the clients! Avoid!

Hi Anelia, Sorry you feel like this but the viewing was rearranged on the morning from 12pm to 1pm. You were travelling on the train from east london and did not turn up on time. I waited till 1.30pm and then left. I find it disappointing that you have resulted in creating a 1 star review for our business in the event of you turning up nearly 40 minutes late and then calling our team expecting someone to turn up.
