From the valuation to accepting an offer of full asking price within 24 hours, then steadying the ship so to speak with a difficult buyers solicitor the team from Davis & Lund have gone above and beyond for us at a very stressful time, always being on hand to answer any questions we had. Although we didn't end up renting a property through Davis & Lund, Andy was so helpful with trying to find us a suitable property and really took the time to understand what we wanted. He also gave me some useful advice about relocating to the area. Thanks for taking the time to speak to us and for being friendly and professional, you could teach some of the other letting agencies in Ripon a thing or two.

Perfect. I live 180 miles away from Ripon and found Paul and the Davis Lund team were not only willing to do everything for me but also to a high standard. They have also forged a seamless relationship with Knight Richardson Solicitors meaning nothing is missed and all is done at an impressive pace. This is the sixth property I've bought and sold but the first with Davis Lund and won't bother calling anyone else, the best thing is both buyer and seller were left informed and happy.
