Couldn’t recommend Davis & Lund more! Within 2 weeks of putting my house on the market it’s sold and completion within 3 months! I’ve been regularly kept up to date with everything and more!

Perfect. I live 180 miles away from Ripon and found Paul and the Davis Lund team were not only willing to do everything for me but also to a high standard. They have also forged a seamless relationship with Knight Richardson Solicitors meaning nothing is missed and all is done at an impressive pace. This is the sixth property I've bought and sold but the first with Davis Lund and won't bother calling anyone else, the best thing is both buyer and seller were left informed and happy.

Although we didn't end up renting a property through Davis & Lund, Andy was so helpful with trying to find us a suitable property and really took the time to understand what we wanted. He also gave me some useful advice about relocating to the area. Thanks for taking the time to speak to us and for being friendly and professional, you could teach some of the other letting agencies in Ripon a thing or two.
