I took on the tenancy of a house let and managed by Davis and Lund; happy to report that every aspect of the move in, tenancy and move out went efficiently and as you'd hope for. On the one occasion I asked for something to be fixed it was sorted within 24 hours. Always polite, friendly and reasonable. My deposit was released immediately and in full when I left.
