Very strong and rapid communication, genuine (rather than perfunctory) engagement throughout the sale process, and always honest in their assessment of market realities and possibilities. We switched from another (inefficient) provider and my regret is that we didn’t go with David & Lund first time round. From the minute Davis and Lund came to my nanas house they have been amazing and very professional! Sam went above and beyond helping us right upto the day of completion she kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and handled very difficult situations amazingly when I was loosing it with all the paperwork I just popped into the shop and she sat with me and filled it in I think she deserves a holiday after this one love to you all
