Initial valuation and listing was done by Chris who was friendly, supportive and approachable and produced a great listing including a 3D online tour of impressive quality. Once we got an offer Beth took over and was amazing through the rest of the process. She was attentive, kept up good communication and was always on hand to help us through the process, including saving us from missing our completion date when she flagged that milestones were being missed, which we wouldn't have realised until much later.
