Sale of our propety

We couldn't have chosen better. James who came to evaluate our property, took time to ensure it was correctly valued. He was very efficient pointing the core values of our property, and which should be enhanced during the visits. He gave us an honest point of view of what would attract buyers. The team were brilliant during viewings, being very accommodating with our family needs and routine. Excellent/honest communication with feedback. Once the offer was accepted, they added so much value and ensured that the sale process went smoothly, encouraging/enhancing communication between solicitors and all the chain participants to run the sale process as smoothly as possible. Power Bespoke were approchable at every step of the sale process, and I believe if we had used a more traditional agent our sale completion would have been extended by another 4 weeks, or it would have fallen through. We couldn't fail them. Having sold properties on three previous occasions, I have never experienced service like this. I honestly did not know estate agents could be so great!

James & The Power Bespoke Team were excellent throughout the whole process and I have no problems in recommending them, James would always make himself available to ensure that any of our concerns/queries were addressed and this was a significant factor in a smooth process. Both my partner and I were nervous about selling, generally feeling like it would be a long and arduous process but not with Power Bespoke, certainly worth every penny and would definitely use them again. Perry and his team have been very efficient in dealing with the sale of my property through what has been a very difficult year with health problems and my wife died in March 2016. The have been very caring and looked after me all the way. Thank you all for the excellent care and service. .

Fantastic service. Brilliant communication. I really felt like they were looking out for us. They presented our property honestly - meaning that we got excellent viewings (not just numbers through the door!) James Gordon is amazing. He was available during the joys, drama's and tantrums to reassure and support. He also advised us on house's to buy and future finance etc.. James is a damn nice chap who was available way more than he should be! (nearly 24/7!) The fee we paid was well worth it. Fantastic service

I sold my property using the services of Power Bespoke Estate Agents. I have to say that they are a dedicated team that conducted the whole sale process in a very professional manner. Their friendly and dedicated approach was a great assurance, while their experience and good advice was crucial at times when the sale was under challenges. When I had a small issue with their service, I was able to personally discuss it with Perry and he put it right for me. Overall, I highly recommend their services. They may be a bit more expensive than other agents around, but you certainly will get a different and better service. V

Perry and his team did a great job of selling my parents' house in Woking through a busy couple of viewing days, resulting in several offers when the previous agent had not got them one offer over the course of 1 year and 100+ viewings. Perry was very sensitive to the fact that this was a very difficult and stressful time for people in their 80s and provided a great deal of support which was much appreciated by all of us. He did what he said he would do, one can't ask for more than that and I would happily recommend Power Bespoke to anyone (in fact, I recommended them to my parents because they did such a good job for me 9 months earlier!).
