Changed our view/opinion of Estate Agents - Especially James!

Fantastic service. Brilliant communication. I really felt like they were looking out for us. They presented our property honestly - meaning that we got excellent viewings (not just numbers through the door!) James Gordon is amazing. He was available during the joys, drama's and tantrums to reassure and support. He also advised us on house's to buy and future finance etc.. James is a damn nice chap who was available way more than he should be! (nearly 24/7!) The fee we paid was well worth it. If you need hard working, supportive, friendly, personable agent - then look no further than Powers Bespoke. An Estate Agent that is human and with a heart! What more could anyone want. Thank you James, Nicole and team. You have made our dreams come true.

Fantastic service

I sold my property using the services of Power Bespoke Estate Agents. I have to say that they are a dedicated team that conducted the whole sale process in a very professional manner. Their friendly and dedicated approach was a great assurance, while their experience and good advice was crucial at times when the sale was under challenges. When I had a small issue with their service, I was able to personally discuss it with Perry and he put it right for me. Overall, I highly recommend their services. They may be a bit more expensive than other agents around, but you certainly will get a different and better service. V

Perry and his team did a great job of selling my parents' house in Woking through a busy couple of viewing days, resulting in several offers when the previous agent had not got them one offer over the course of 1 year and 100+ viewings. Perry was very sensitive to the fact that this was a very difficult and stressful time for people in their 80s and provided a great deal of support which was much appreciated by all of us. He did what he said he would do, one can't ask for more than that and I would happily recommend Power Bespoke to anyone (in fact, I recommended them to my parents because they did such a good job for me 9 months earlier!).

Buying property

Just to say that albeit Power bespoke were not our estate agent but our onward chains. For them to treat us like we were their clients, which i'm sure most other estate agents do not, showed me how passionate they are at what they do. I have to say the service they provided was outstanding may be even use the word "sublime". James Gordon at the bespoke absolutely faultless with his customer service approach, kept myself updated throughout the process, we had some ups and downs but James was on it quicker than I could say "on it". We exchanged the other day and finally we can look forward to moving in to the dream home. Thanks James and thank you to power bespoke, job well done.

Very knowledgeable

We had James come and value our property and were extremely impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. We were with another estate agent last year and just felt we were being forced into accepting an offer for our property that was well under the original price. Health reasons made us remove our property from sale. We had James value our property a few months ago and he explained things that the other agent had not, needless to say we will definitely go to James at Power Bespoke when we are ready to market our property again. Both my husband ad I felt relaxed with James, there was no pushing us into marketing immediately. James fully understood that we may not be ready to move until a years time and left it with us to call if we need any help or advise. Thank you James :o)
