Buying property

Just to say that albeit Power bespoke were not our estate agent but our onward chains. For them to treat us like we were their clients, which i'm sure most other estate agents do not, showed me how passionate they are at what they do. I have to say the service they provided was outstanding may be even use the word "sublime". James Gordon at the bespoke absolutely faultless with his customer service approach, kept myself updated throughout the process, we had some ups and downs but James was on it quicker than I could say "on it". We exchanged the other day and finally we can look forward to moving in to the dream home. Thanks James and thank you to power bespoke, job well done.

Very knowledgeable

We had James come and value our property and were extremely impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. We were with another estate agent last year and just felt we were being forced into accepting an offer for our property that was well under the original price. Health reasons made us remove our property from sale. We had James value our property a few months ago and he explained things that the other agent had not, needless to say we will definitely go to James at Power Bespoke when we are ready to market our property again. Both my husband ad I felt relaxed with James, there was no pushing us into marketing immediately. James fully understood that we may not be ready to move until a years time and left it with us to call if we need any help or advise. Thank you James :o)

Couldn't fault the service

Power Bespoke, namely James, made our emigration to New Zealand so much easier by handling our house sale. The professionalism, persistence, level of communication and genuine passion to see that we were able to complete as seemlessly and worry free as possible made a real difference, even with the hiccups and concerns along the way. James managed to secure us multiple offers, negotiate the best price for us and saved the sale with just a few weeks delay when issues in the chain occurred. The passion Perry and James have for the business really shines through when they were leading us through our sale, from day 1 to exchange I really felt their engagement and would never hesitate to recommend them.

Unlike any other!

A personal, professional, efficient service that steers the mire of buying and selling with patience and persistence. Power Bespoke went the extra mile at every stage, which resulted in achieving our asking price and a rapid route to exchange. Highly recommend!

Purchase of house in Old Town Croydon, a happy client

I had the pleasure of finding a property through Perry Power, The firm was very helpful in arranging a viewing in the course of an Open Day. The procedure for submitting an offer was clear and simple. The reply I had back was prompt and decisive. In the course of the formalities Perry Bespoke acted with great professionalism and deft handling. George was my principal point of contact but his colleagues throughout the firm gave assistance too. The firm supported me with a follow-up viewing, quickly provided information and dealt with my queries. I have no doubt, now that we have exchanged contracts, they will remain helpful and understanding. Buying a home is never easy but Power Bespoke made it as close to easy as you can get..

Great End to End Service

Perry and his team at Power Bespoke handled the sale of my apartment in Reigate in Spring 2016, offering a thorough, personal and professional service. One of the main reasons I chose Power Bespoke is because I had direct access to my agent from Day 1 - no call centers or leaving messages for call backs which never come - and my queries were dealt with honestly, quickly and without over-selling. This personal touch combined with the positive use of technology where appropriate in the form of enquiry and progress reporting convinced me to go with Power Bespoke and I am pleased I did. Once an offer was agreed for my apartment (in under a month), the back office team also did a great job of driving the sale through to completion and keeping me updated on progress until the completion itself. All in all, Power Bespoke did a great job and I am happy to recommend them.
