Power Bespoke are certainly the best estate agents we have used, from initial valuation of our property to final successful sale, they kept us informed at all times with viewings, feedback and ways to move forward. The personal touch makes the difference when it comes to the commission compared to online agents, worth the extra for all the hard work and being treated as you would expect from someone providing a service on one of your most valuable assets. Would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying, well done to all the team.

We recently sold our house through PowerBespoke. If you are concerned about going with an online only agent, don't be! From viewings, to communication, to advice, to negotiations, they are without a doubt the best agents we have used when selling a property. They stick to their principles of a no nonsense agency, no inflated pricing, no tie in, no dropping clients when things get tough. Their attention to detail from follow up after viewings, applying the right amount of pressure on a chain, and eye on the prize, make them head and shoulders above the rest of the high street..Highly recommend!

Sale of our propety

We couldn't have chosen better. James who came to evaluate our property, took time to ensure it was correctly valued. He was very efficient pointing the core values of our property, and which should be enhanced during the visits. He gave us an honest point of view of what would attract buyers. The team were brilliant during viewings, being very accommodating with our family needs and routine. Excellent/honest communication with feedback. Once the offer was accepted, they added so much value and ensured that the sale process went smoothly, encouraging/enhancing communication between solicitors and all the chain participants to run the sale process as smoothly as possible. Power Bespoke were approchable at every step of the sale process, and I believe if we had used a more traditional agent our sale completion would have been extended by another 4 weeks, or it would have fallen through. We couldn't fail them. Having sold properties on three previous occasions, I have never experienced service like this. I honestly did not know estate agents could be so great!

James & The Power Bespoke Team were excellent throughout the whole process and I have no problems in recommending them, James would always make himself available to ensure that any of our concerns/queries were addressed and this was a significant factor in a smooth process. Both my partner and I were nervous about selling, generally feeling like it would be a long and arduous process but not with Power Bespoke, certainly worth every penny and would definitely use them again.
