Power Bespoke may not be the cheapest estate agent around but they certainly go far above and beyond the basics when facilitating a sale. They gained me a considerably higher price than several other agents wanted to even ask for the property and also saved me money on my onward purchase. When things went wrong further down the chain, Power Bespoke came to the rescue sorting out the problems that the other estate agents had ignored and without their help, I would have pulled out of the whole process in frustration. I just hope that if ever I want to sell my new house, Power Bespoke will have by then, expanded to cover my new area! Thank you to everyone in the team.
