Where do we begin? We found our new property through Power Bespoke last September and looked forward to a straightforward transaction. If only we knew. We were selling 2 properties and whilst my other halfs sailed through, my chain proved to be (unecessarily) complicated and problematic. My selling agents seemed unable or unwilling to get to the bottom of things, but Nicole from Power Bespoke was excellent. She worked very hard over an extended timeframe and got us over the finish line for which we are very grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Always available, efficient and effective.
