Was booked to view a property, left city centre to arrive back for viewing. Called agent to find out where they were, was told they had been trying to call me but I kept declining the call, when I advised I hadn’t been called & I wouldn’t have declined their call as I’d been driving to viewing, was suggested I was lying. Told me they’d emailed me to ask if I was attending, they had emailed me at 1655hrs whilst I was driving to viewing due at 1715. The call I made to branch was 1720. Was then put on hold whilst she went to check with Olga who was meant to be conducting viewing, came back on line to advise Olga was at another viewing! Was then asked as an afterthought if I wanted to rebook for another day…. Absolute shocking service!!! No show. Called a liar. Then lied about where the agent was. If this is the agent you are considering using to sell or let your property, I urge you to seriously reconsider as this is the customer service they provide.

Worst estate agent in the world all the lettings team tell a pack if lies they are a disgrace to their company don't go with these idiots 👎👎😠 …

Complete let down. Told them how keen we was on a property, completed an application and was waiting for references to be completed, we chased them for an update to be told that the property has been let to someone else after telling us it was still available and completing a long application. Very disappointing terrible communication

Unresponsive and a waste of time. Unprofessional, one person you deal with doesn't seem to know what the other is doing when they are both supposed to be working with you.

Took 3 attempts to contact over 3 days, final voicemail expressing my disgust at lack of contact prompted a call back. Viewing arranged efficiently by Sade with 48 hours notice on a property that we were very interested in, Arrived at scheduled time to be told by the lovely embarrassed couple that the house had sold 24 hours earlier! No call or e mail to explain and a waste of both parties time!

Don’t bother !! Rented a property for 6 months Was charged for the following Grass and weeds £80 ( even though lawns were overgrown when I moved in plus been winter didn’t really want to cut grass) Oven clean £30 ( even though I cleaned it wasn’t good enough ) Kitchen floor dirty £30 ( even though I had a professional cleaner in ) Bulbs £25 for 2 ( even though these are £1.50 from your local shop ) Be aware !! make sure you go through the inventory check with a fine tooth Combe and write in extra things you spot Plus they are very slow at dealing with issues you have My heating wasn’t working one day so I called securlets to be told it just needs pressurising have a look on you tube how to do it I’m sure this isn’t right as unqualified person shouldn’t be messing with a boiler And to top it off they charge you for moving out £60 Which all comes off your deposit Won’t use them again
