John Shepherd - Redditch

Fantastic experience dealing with Katie at Jeremy McGinn - I wouldn't trust anyone else with lettings, either as a tenant or a landlord. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

Perfect service every step of the way through our tenancy. Katie helped with everything and responded promptly with any issues.

Katie was very professional and extremely helpful. It is hard to see how I could get a better service from anyone else.

The agents I dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. The process of was stress free and completed very quickly. I have used other letting agents in the redditch/studley to find a home and Securelets have been by far the best company I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Katie and the Team at Securelets. Seamless, professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process making every element of my rental easy. Would highly recommend on every level.

Excellent customer service supplied by Steve who was friendly and helpful in my hour of need. He was able to provide reassurance on timelines for rentals when our house purchase fell through. Would recommend to anyone

Katie was fantastic in keeping us updated and in the loop throughout the whole process. Our viewing with Chris was fantastic too. Very professional and very human company.

Tim, Faye and Sade are a brilliant, friendly and helpful team. I have used the company several times and would not hesitate to recommend the service.
