John Shepherd - Redditch

What a really nice experience. When we’re constantly hearing about how difficult it is to find a rental property, I was expecting to be treated like a number, but Emily was awesome, she listened to my needs, and was really interested in finding the right property for me. The whole experience was really nice, and I felt valued as a customer. Great service, hence 5*. Scott

Excellent service from the team at John Shepherd Redditch, especially Olga, helped me massively and continued to communicate the whole way through to my move in date keeping me updated with everything I needed to know and constantly reassuring with anything I would be worried about. Really would recommend.
