Really happy with the service received from John Shepherd. Process was smooth & Olga was brilliant and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Thank you for all your help . I love my new home

Fabulous service from Olga at John Shepherd. She helped us find my disabled mum a new house to move into and was amazingly helpful. She even came out to the car park to us in the rain to go through some paperwork as my mum couldn't make it in the office. Nothing was too much hassle and every query was answered quickly and efficiently. Would very much recommend John Shepherd to anyone and if you want someone who goes the extra mile in lettings, make sure you ask for Olga.

We recently rented a property through John Shepherd, and our experience was exceptional, thanks to Olga. She was not only extremely knowledgeable and informative but also genuinely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. This is our second time renting with John Shepherd, and Olga's dedication and professionalism have only strengthened our trust in this company. We highly recommend Olga and John Shepherd for anyone seeking a seamless and positive rental experience.
