PROS: - friendly and responsive agents, - present and responsive on social media, - quite a selection of properties to let/buy/sale/rent, - probably the best ones out of all the big agencies in Reading. CONS: - fees are still too high (I understand the employees need to be paid somehow, but not with London-like fees), - website could be a bit less confusing (everything is all over the place and it's difficult to find your region before you are thrown back to the main site again).

Overall a very professional and thorough service. An odd approach in applying annoying little surcharges for card payments. This is not befitting a company trying to deliver a high end service when acting like a small backstreet newsagents. Can 50p not be absorbed in your fees?

I've let me property through Winkworth for over 2 years now and had no real issues. They have been quick to respond to any requests and kept me informed with any changes in circumstances. I would recommend them to anyone considering renting our their property.

Not a great experience if you are a tenant. Maybe I had misconceptions though, I thought this type of business thrived from providing top customer service to both their ´tenant customers´ and their ´landlord customers´. But to me it seemed very much landlord focused.
