The experience with winkworth is just exceptional , I recently completed on my property and was really impressed by their customer service. They are very responsive and ensure that all updates are provided on timely basis. During my process I was well aware of the progress hence helping me in concentrating on all other things. They will go out of the way and help in other aspects as well to ensure that the whole transition to the new home is smooth. I cant thank them enough for the effort the have put in for me, I would 100% recommend them to anyone, lastly after providing an exceptional service they like to pamper their clients with lovely giveaways. A friendly team with good response times and good customer service. They have good knowledge and experience which has taken the stress out of the process.

It was our first time renting in the UK, and the team was helpful at answering our questions. The full process was not explained when we first started with them, so we had to search online to find what is the order of things in the UK and get reassured. They did help us out when we had specific request, but sometimes it took a couple days before getting an answer which was stressful for us. But really professional team, documentation was provided and the process went well once we were in it.

All agents were quick in getting back to me, efficient in moving things forward and everything made very simple. A few minor issues aside, it was altogether a good experience.
