Professional service from Micheal and the team in selling my flat. The produced brochure was very professionally done, several people commented how excellent it looked. Sold within 2 and a half weeks. I liked that when I went in there, the whole team seemed to know ths situation (which was just as it was described to me). The sale is still In Progress at the time of this review; so far the after sales team has also been very good. (There is a little while to go yet though).

Its been pleasure dealing with Elliott Garrington for letting my property in a quick turn around time. He is been professional and helpful where he could. Giving 4 star as I was expecting some more discount from the company. Thanks Elliott .

We've been letting 2 properties through Prospect Reading for a number of years and have always had excellent service from their property management team. They're very busy people and it can sometimes be difficult to track them down, but they invariably follow through on the various issues to ensure they're resolved - which of course means happy tenants. Our current manager Georgia has been particularly helpful.
