My positive rating for this agency is only due to Sasha Byrne. who manages the property I'm curretly renting. If it wasn't for the improved experience with her after my tenancy I would have rated this agency a 1. After signing the tenenacy contract and moving in I've had a great experience with Sasha. She's been extremely helpful, answering queries fast and efficiently. I've had a maintenence issue which she also handled promtly. Overall, she's very nice, polite and good at what she does. I'd recommend her toanyone who wants rent a managed proeprty with Prospect. However, my initial experience with Prospect was not great. Both the letting agent and the person setting up the tenancy agreement didn't seem to know what they were doing, took very long to respond and made promises that they then "forgot". I had to chase up with countless emails, phones calls and even office visits just to get the contract specifics that were agreeded upon to begin with. There was zero communication between the sales agent and the lady setting up the move, so everything just went in circles, with me having to clarify the same thing over and over to different people, even though as I said it was all promised by the agent when I made an offer. At that point it was too late to back out, otherwise I would have and chosen a different agency.

I had a professional and helpful experience with Prospect throughout the purchase of my first house in Reading, from viewings to completion. Particular shoutouts to the sales agent Allon during the viewings, and transaction agent Bernadette who was very responsive to move things along and patient in answering my questions.

Sold my house with Prospect. They were quick to get things moving and got a lot of viewings booked, and helped us get a decent price. They weren't always available or motivated when showing buyers around, but did try and keep us informed in general. Once we had an accepted offer Ross took over as our main contact and he was always quick and pro active. For reference I wouldn't recommend their partner solicitors.

Daniel from prospect was very efficient and prompt in being able to sell the house quickly . They have a good database of buyers - however use your own lawyers

Kurt at Prospect was very helpful and forthcoming with information regarding properties that we were interested in. He was quick to arrange supply virtual viewings and to pass on our offer. Prospect is a good port of call when trying to find Lettings in the Reading area.

Elliot is easy to work with, helpful, professional, patient and understanding. A pleasure to work with him.
