She exhibited politeness and was always willing to help. This experience stood in stark contrast to my previous encounters with other property agents who left me with a negative impression. Stefano and Edward have been really helpful and friendly. They've both called frequently to check everything is still going as planned and letting us know about new properties being let. When being shown around a flat as part of a group Edward was really accommodating and happy to spend time answering any questions we had. The only reason I haven't put 5 stars is because some of the staff have been less professional when talking on the phone, and it would be better if client managers showed viewers around individually rather than in a group.

Good experience, Bernadette Martin was always responding well to my questions, and we "shared" the experience of selling a house, thank you for the service.

Worked great as a letting agent, with me doing the maintenance tasks directly. Very efficient and effective. Then I sold the property through them as a buy to let. they found a buyer very quickly. Not their fault that the process was drawn out by the agreed buyer for 6 months to completion but extremely frustrating.

Prospect have been the estate agents to help us purchase our first flat. Most of the sales team were helpful and responsive, even though the transaction took nearly 11 months to be completed due to necessary information being missing. Overall, we have had a positive experience, but I am mostly grateful for the assistance of Bernadette Martin - Transaction Support and Sasha Byrne in Property Management for their assistance. Both ladies have gone above and beyond to speed the transaction process, and they were always replying on time and put their best efforts to help and solve any issues. Thank you once again!
