I have been using Prospect to manage my flat for the past 4 years and have had consistently great service. In particular, my management team leader (Chloe Hoptroff) has been brilliant; alway approachable and quick to action my questions and requests. This has been particularly helpful due to my work commitments making active management of the flat more difficult. All in all, a great service and I have no reason to look elsewhere come renewal time.

I can only really comment on George White who is a Senior Client Manager on the sales side. He's the only member of staff I've spent any time dealing with, but he is brilliant. He's incredibly helpful and has offered me some sound advice on properties. He has returned every call and replied to every mail I have sent. He found me a fantastic house and then spent an evening with my vendor helping them complete the sellers pack to speed up the sale for me. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Prospect took over the sale of my house after the first agent had failed to find a buyer. I soon established that the asking price recommended by both agents was too high as was the valuation on Zoopla. After the price was substantially reduced viewings increased and a prospective buyer was found and the sale was completed 7 months later. From the initial placing on the market to exchange of contract too just over one year. The property market seems to be tough in the UK and the legal process takes far too long.
