I have been letting my house through Prospects for 3 years now. They have always been helpful and informative and happy for negotiation. I have had several property managers look after my house however my latest manager, Georgia Pidgley has proved to be on the ball, supportive even when I have been impatient or not so understanding and proactive in dealing with any queries I have had. She always responds to my voice mails and keeps me updated by e mail too. I have been very happy with the letting department and have felt I can trust their judgement and expertise in many cases. I am now placing my house on the sales market and equally Ben Hamlin appears to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He has also been quick to get on with the process of marketing my house and I am looking forward to a positive outcome.
