I'm very sorry to read your feedback - this is not typical of a tenants experience with us and I would be grateful if you could contact me directly to discuss your situation. I am happy to follow up this directly with our inventory clerks. On the question of return of deposits - unfortunately sometimes these matters can take a time to resolve particularly if there are matters under dispute between the landlord and tenant. As an ARLA registered agent we follow best practice, the statutory deadlines and subscribe to the TDS scheme so any disputes can go to independent arbitration.
