Dear Mr Ramos I am very sorry to hear about your viewing on Saturday. I've left a message for you on your voicemail and would be pleased to discuss this further with you. Unfortunately, as our negotiator attempted to explain to you our car which is in one of our private spaces was blocked in by another driver. We had to use a replacement car which meant our negotiator did turn up 20 minutes late. Our records show that calls were made by one of our team to the three applicants who were kept waiting. Amateurs. Every negotiator would be eaten alive in the London market. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the grey hairs.

very bad, can´t get my deposit back. They will do there upmost to keep as much of your money as possible. I have now been waitting for weeks for my deposit and no sign of it. Be carefull of hidden fees!

We were supposed to have a viewing this morning and Haslams didn't even call us to let us know they wasn't going to show up.

Having handed my notice in for a property I am renting I understand that prospective clients will come for a viewing. I am however very disappointed to find out Halsams are showing prospective clients around what is still currently my home, using their access keys without even informing me.

I had the same problem. Only to be told that they didn't have keys. Their attitude is disgraceful
