Renters Beware. FEES, FEES, FEES. This is my first time dealing with an agency that charges you extortionate fees for every little thing. It has cost me hundreds of pounds to move into the flat and hundreds of pounds to move out.

Posting on behalf of my Mum - Lettings team were disappointing. Promised the world before signing, but then hard to get them to help with issues (e.g. broken toilet reported in week 1 and then again a few times after, but still not fixed by the end of the 12 month contract).

I am sorry to read of your dissatisfaction - our records suggest that you are referring to a transaction back in December 2013 and we have no record of any correspondence at the time relating to an issue with the proposed tenancy agreement that I can see our Landlord required us to make changes to.
