Saved thousands and took control of our sale

Looking back, it's funny the clues that some traditional agents give away in their standard patter. "Your house will sell itself" was mentioned a couple of times, and "people these days use internet sites such as RightMove". So we decided to test an alternative, and for less than 15% of the usual fee, the housenetwork put us in control of selling our home. We produced the brochure, we took additional photos, we described the property and the local area, and we showed people our home and answered all their questions as we walked round (rather than saying "not sure, I've not shown this property before"). We sold our house at the right price and saved thousands on fees. Highly recommended.
