From start to finish we were delighted with the personalised service we received from House Network. We had an agent assigned to us individually, an online portal with all our property information and regular email updates throughout the process. The photos of our property were professional, with the option to add our own. We were given guidance when having to make decisions at important points and could always talk to a representative when we wanted to. Our agent negotiated a significant increase in the offer made by our buyer, which we were very impressed with. Please don't listen to high street agents, all of whom were very disapproving of our choice, and regularly rang us up to tell us so! We were not disadvantaged in any way by using an online agent, and we saved over £6000 in fees!
