Hi Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. The 'mailing list' that local agencies try and sell is simply an age old selling trick. Most of the people that they have on that list are endless purchasers that have nothing better to do at the weekends then view houses. Real buyers do their research, and consider your own experiences, where did you look first. For 99% of people in the UK online is always the first port of call, followed by finding a property online and contacting whichever agency that property is on the market with.
