After disappointing experiences with traditional local Estate Agents, I was absolutely delighted with the whole service at Housenetwork. Our home move was far from straight-forward – a complicated chain with poor communication and some parties threatening to pull out at the last minute – but our negotiator and her colleagues showed great leadership and level-headed competency in pulling the different threads together. In the early stages, I particularly valued the control that Housenetwork afforded us to get the marketing just right. With traditional Estate Agents, we found we had to just make do with an inaccurate floor plan, or poor pictures, or uninspiring text. With Housenetwork, we could update and control our brochure as many times as we liked, and our change requests were always approved promptly, usually updating on Rightmove within minutes. We originally signed up with HouseNetwork to avoid the excessive fees of local High Street rivals, but after such a good experience, I wouldn’t consider going back to the high street even if the fees were the same.
