The modern way to sell a house!

I am a returning customer having sold a house through House Network three years ago. I decided to return to House Network having compared the offers from both local estate agents and other online agents. House Network remained extremely competitive and the service is second to none. Some people consider that not having a physical presence on the high street is a negative. Having a high street presence gives you nothing in the estate agency business these days. My property was listed on all of the major search sites and I had lots of interest immediately after going live (more than I could deal with)! In fact, I sold my house to the first viewer at just under the asking price! House Network also work much more efficiently than their high street competitors and I had a dedicated agent assigned to look after my sale. When Sian was not available, it was made clear via the website who was sitting in for her and I still got responses to my queries within a very short period of time. This efficiency is backed up by decent processes that ensure that both I as the seller and my viewers/buyer were all looked after and had all of the relevant information when I or they needed it. Such efficiency is definitely not part of the service given by the high street agents in my personal experience. I cannot recommend House Network enough and would definitely use them again (if I were to move again) and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.
